Pay a visit to the Luminary Benches & Pedestal Art Seats downtown and learn about some of the visionaries who helped make Chico what it is today. Each of the 16 tiled benches has a unique look and theme, like the Chinese Luminary Art bench which is in remembrance of the Chinese workers who helped build Chico. These mosaic monuments are inspired by various artists, too, from Jackson Pollock to John Muir.
