We love how Chico has a treasure trove of prints from famous artists right here at the Turner Print Museum! Former CSU professor Dr. Janet Turner collected prints from around the world for forty years from artists such as Miró, Picasso, Dalí, and more. This collector also founded the printmaking program at CSU, and her gift of bringing artists together was matched by her talent for teaching. Since 1981 Dr. Turner’s vast collection has been housed at CSU. The exhibit includes a wide swath of works which include her own printmaking, and it is free and open to the public.
