Located on the outskirts of Chico, the historic Patrick Ranch Museum is a well-preserved example of a bygone era in Chico’s farming history. This grand 28 acre property and home were gifted by the last ranch owner, Hester Grimm Patrick to the Far West Heritage Association with the hope it would be an educational tool for future generations to learn about the community’s rich agricultural heritage. Visitors can tour the 1877 Glenwood House to see artifacts from farming and explore interpretive displays and rotating exhibits.
